Where we ship
We ship anywhere in Canada. We're not shipping outside Canada yet — if you'd like us to, send us a message and we'll let you know when we do.
What it costs
Standard shipping is $12. Orders over $75 ship free. Express is $20. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
How long it takes
Canvases, shirts and hoodies are printed for you after you order. Printing takes 2–5 business days, then 3–8 business days in transit — so roughly 1–2 weeks in total.
Jewellery and gifts ship from our supplier overseas and take about 2–3 weeks to arrive. If you're buying for a particular date, please order well ahead.
If your order contains both, the items will arrive separately.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. If it hasn't arrived within the window above, email us and we'll chase it for you.
Wrong address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we can resend it, but the reshipping cost is yours.
